The White Album has been touring extensively in England, and is now preparing for a fantastic 2014, including an album release, several festival shows and a club tour in the fall.

Before all of this happens the bearded folk trio have kicked off 2014 supporting Kashmir (DK) at 6 shows in January/February. This is not the band’s only link to the legendary Danish rock band. Their full-length debut album is recorded in Kashmir’s studio, produced by Asger Techau (drummer, Kashmir) and mixed by Mads Nørgård, who is the man behind the sound of Kashmir’s latest record, E.A.R.

"Danish indie folk band The White Album make it difficult to do two things. One is to stop humming their catchy melodies, and the other is to google them. Seriously, you’ll wade through ten feet of Beatles references before you find them… But, like sifting for gold, it’s worth it when you find the treasure you’re looking for."

"Conquistador is a lovely piece of work that weaves a range of moods and emotions into a relatively tiny space with ease. Clocking in at just over 18 minutes it's as concise and focused as it is refreshing, and hints at greatness to come."

"Full of Bon Iver lightness in its harmonies, this sets the standard- and it’s only up from here."
